We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Planning PA to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional yet supportive environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding client service.

The Opportunity

This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Practice and enhancing the experience we provide to our clients. You will work closely with Advisers and colleagues to deliver high-quality administrative support across all aspects of client servicing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Advisers and the wider Practice
  • Prepare client documentation including quotations, illustrations, valuations, and reports
  • Process new business applications accurately and efficiently in line with service standards
  • Manage client and Adviser queries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Support the ongoing development of an exceptional client journey by consistently going the extra mile

About You

We are seeking someone who is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with previous experience in a financial planning environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Knowledge of NHS pensions and dealing with NHSbsa
  • Previous experience looking after NHS Dr, Dentists & GPs is preferred
  • Previous experience within a financial planning or wealth management Practice (SJP experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, discreet, and client-focused manner
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support a small team
